Do I need to install an app?
No. Astate runs in your phone's browser. Open one tab, see all your WhatsApp leads, send replies. No App Store download needed.
Does Astate send messages on my behalf without me looking?
Never. Every message you send goes through one final tap from you. Drafts are suggestions — you stay the agent.
How does Astate learn my voice?
The moment you start editing or sending drafts, Astate learns from those edits. The more you use it, the closer the drafts get to the words you'd write yourself. No setup form. No questionnaire.
Does this mean a robot is replying to my clients?
No. The drafts are written by a language model, but every reply that reaches your client has been read and approved by you. Your clients are talking to you — Astate just saves you the typing.
Will Astate use my conversations to make its product better for other agents?
No. The way Astate gets smarter for you is by learning from your edits to yourdrafts — and that learning stays inside your account. It never feeds into another agent's experience.
Is my client data private?
Yes — and that's a core promise, not a footnote. We don't sell, share, or aggregate your conversations. We don't train any AI model on your data. Other Astate agents can't see, search, or benefit from your leads or listings.
What happens to my data if I stop using Astate?
You can export everything (conversations, contacts, listings) in one click, anytime. If you delete your account, we hard-delete your data from our active systems within 30 days, including backups. No leftover ghost copies.
Where is my data stored?
In Singapore. Our database lives in the Singapore region. The language model that drafts your replies runs under a no-training contract — your messages are processed and discarded, not retained for training. We may rotate model providers over time, and every provider we use is bound by the same no-training terms.
What languages does Astate support?
English at launch. Mandarin and Malay support are on the roadmap based on early user demand.
